Job Role:
Join our team as an HR Recruiter, where you’ll handle end-to-end recruitment activities — from sourcing the right candidates to conducting interviews and supporting smooth onboarding. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Post job ads and source profiles from job portals & social media

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers for selection

Maintain candidate database and follow up on hiring status

Support onboarding & documentation

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
