Children don’t express their stress – most of the time they don’t even realize they are stressed. However, as parents there are certain signs we can watch out for.
• Your child does not fall asleep, has nightmares or has trouble staying asleep.
• She is irritable and angry.
• She is socially withdrawn.
• Her appetite is affected.
• She throws tantrums and small issues upset her.
