Every store or establishment in Tamil Nadu[1] that does business or provides services must get a Shop and Establishment licence. Eating establishments, stores, theatres, amusement parks, theme parks, residential hotels, and other commercial businesses are eligible for this licence, as required by the aforementioned Act.
