Sankat Mochan Mandir is a Hindu temple located in Varanasi in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The name of this temple comes in the holy and famous temples of Varanasi. The specialty of the temple is the idol of Hanuman ji installed in it. Which is made of clay and this idol of Hanuman ji is looking towards Lord Shri Ram. It is believed that Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir is built at the same place where Hanuman ji had come in the dream of Mahakavi Tulsidas ji. This temple was established by the great poet Tulsidas ji.
