Description

The world we live in is a spectrum of infinity. But no matter how vast this modern liquid world would be, everything has a touch of infinity in its composition – everything in the world is expressed and recorded in some form of connection, to the joy of contribution as intriguing as our times.

We all, around the world, are fascinated by the infinite mysteries that surround us — in fact, we’ve created our own stories on top of it – but what is almost unique is that we deal with it on a daily basis. (I say almost because this is something within us all, but only those brave enough to get lost in between the lines of this life can fully comprehend)

But what’s the truth?
The truth is that everything is born from the state of nothingness; from a state of shunya. Just as Marilyn Atkinson says, “Shunya is a word referring to the supreme state of awareness where everything comes to nothingness just before being created anew.”

Every being that has come into existence travels and traverses through different stages of human consciousness. Every iota that emerges out of Shunya evolves, multiplies, expands, and merges into consciousness.
Carrying this theme in the year 2021, The Coaching Conclave, hosted the biggest coaching event of the year: The Coaching Conclave 2021 – Journey into Shunya and Expansion across the nation to have heart-to-heart, authentic conversations with individuals who were drawn together to explore what it means to be a human being.

This theme was further divided into three sub-tracks – Expression, Connection, and Contribution. Our mission was to create a space to help masterful coaches, changemakers and leaders explore what it means to live from a space of Shunya and Expansion at the same time on three tracks expression, connection, and contribution.

The 36- hour continuous marathon began with the keynote session by Lakshmi Pratury, followed by a conversation with Nathan Farrugia, Suresh Narayanan- Leadership- From Acorns to Mighty Oaks, and Philippe Rosinski who spoke on 7 ways to be fully present and make a positive difference in the world. Other speakers included Rajesh Ramakrishnan, Jonathan Passmore, Surbhee Singh, Raymond Miranda, Dan Newby, Sylvana Caloni, Lyra Puspa, Steve Foran, Patrick Aylward, Satyanarayanan Kumar, Sri Anish, Saba Hasanie, Shailesh Haribhatkti, Alex Wray, Gina Hayden, Peter Stefayni, Blaine Bartlett, Peggy McAllister, Richard Hyams, Shayamal Vallabhjee, Craig Weber and Robert Clinkenbeard.
