Envisys Technologies makes rain and spray testing easy by providing a standard chamber that can be used for both OEM-proprietary and published test procedures. There is no need to rely on guesswork when choosing a test chamber because the standard rain and spray test chamber design may be adjusted for the rain and spray tests you need. The SAE and IP standards for electronics, enclosures, and automotive components serve as the foundation for the system. In order to adjust the water spray pressure and volume, our system uses many control solenoids. A holding tank brings the water's temperature up to the appropriate level if needed. A pump ensures that the water is delivered within the proper pressure range. A programmable controller manages the test mode and parameters and activates the spray.
