Job Description :
We are hiring a Production Supervisor/Incharge with 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing to manage daily shop-floor operations. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field, strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, manpower and machinery optimization, safety compliance, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising production activities, monitoring schedules, managing workforce, maintaining records, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and preparing reports for management. Basic computer skills (MS Office/Excel/ERP) required. Salary Negotiable and based on Skills and Experience.
