Production Engg Line alignment and cycles reduction
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Shop-Floor Line Supervision & Output Execution: To guarantee that hourly and daily production goals are met, supervise daily shift operations across designated assembly, machining, fabrication, or processing lines.
Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement: To reduce production lead times and remove process waste, implement 5S, Kaizen, Single-Minute Exchange of Die, and Poke-Yoke (mistake-proofing) programs.
Material Flow & BOM Management: Work with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure that raw materials and subassemblies are delivered to the line on time, avoiding delays caused by material famine.
Standard Work Enforcing & Operator Training: Give operators and line technicians practical training while enforcing strict adherence to SOPs, job instructions, and safety measures.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Diploma/BE in E&I
