We prepare pineapple juice concentrate, derived from premium pineapple fruits grown mostly in northeastern parts of India using a method called osmotic evaporation to create pineapple juice from concentrate. This involves carefully calibrated measurements of the water content of the pineapple juice being evaporated. The end result is healthier and tastier juice concentrate as there is no direct heating. Recent research has also demonstrated that osmotic evaporation-concentrated low temperature pineapple juice has a higher fresh juice flavour than heat-concentrated juice.
