Pad Printing Machine

Pad Printing Machine is a device which uses a technology of printing in which silicone pad transfers a 2D image onto a 3D object or products. Pad Printing also known as tampography or tampo printing. Pad printing is an indirect offset (gravure) printing process.
Pad printing machines are used in a wide variety of industries, common applications like printing on pens,pencils, garment tags, flash drives, silicone items, rulers, sanitary products and watch faces.
In Pad Printing Silicone Pad is made of silicone and comes in different shapes and sizes. It compresses onto the ink-filled etch to pick up the image. In Pad Printing Machine the image is taken from a laser engraved (etched) printing plate, also called a cliché. Pad printing can print on difficult or oddly shaped surfaces, such as golf balls, toys, syringes, or remotes. Pad Printing Machine can also print fine details and quality images on smaller components at a faster rate.
