PANEER : Astra Paneer is a soft, handmade cottage cheese made from the all-natural cow’s milk and packed with protein rich whey (milk water) in glass bottles and is mildly salted with natural sea salt which acts as the natural preservative and delivered fresh to our customers. You may use the whey water while cooking paneer to save the protein.

This is often considered the very best type of fermented dairy product which is popular throughout India.Curd is made by bacterial fermentation of milk. In this process lactose in milk is converted into lactic acid by several pro biotic microorganisms.
