Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled BMS Operator to manage the efficient operation of building systems through a centralized Building Management System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC, lighting, water supply, fire alarms, and energy systems. This role ensures that the entire facility operates smoothly, energy-efficiently, and safely at all times.

As a BMS Operator, you will be expected to monitor real-time data on system dashboards, respond to system alarms or faults, and coordinate with the engineering and maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly. The candidate should also maintain proper shift records, report anomalies, and support preventive maintenance schedules when required. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts as the job involves 24x7 system monitoring.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any technical course related to electrical or mechanical systems
Experience: 1 to 3 years preferred
Shift: Rotational Shift
Location: Chennai
Salary: 15k to 22k per month + PF, ESI, and other benefits
