Christian Le Mellec, an executive coach, a Master Licensed Human Element Practitioner and the director of the publishing house Le bois d’Orion, and his team conducted a qualitative study of teleworking professionals during lockdown using the Human Element® model, which takes into account not only what happens at the team level but also at the individual level.
