Responsibilities:
• Coordinating between learners and coaches over calls
• Handling the queries of learners.
• Ensure that the learner’s journey is very smooth throughout
• Maintaining and working on the data over various platforms
• Giving learners a trouble free learning experience
Required Skills:
• Work on tight deadlines and deliver a great customer and client experience
• At least 1-2years of experience in customer handling, BPO and voice process
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to make 100-120 calls per day easily
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Work Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday- Week Off)
