As a people, we are a mix of diverse traditions and our food is a mix of diverse influences too,” says author, critic and historian Anoothi Vishal, who recently did a Kayastha food pop up at the Indian Accent, The Lodhi, New Delhi,livened up with celebrity chef Manish Mehtora’s contemporary innovations.
