Description
Kabibara Radhanath Ray was a prominent poet of Oriya language and literature. Mostly the "Kabibara" title is given by king Sudhala Dev. He was born on the year of 28 September 1848 at the Kedarpur village of Baleswar district, Odisha. He started writing at the age of 18 by writing a collection of Bengali poems, which became known as Kabitabali. He was written many famous Kavyas like Kedara Gauri, Nandikeshwari, Chilika, Mahajatra – Jajatikeshari, Tulasistabaka, Urbashi, Darabara, Dasaratha Biyoga, Savitri Charita and Mahendra Giri.
