The role involves preparing shift reports, supervising operators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and reducing downtime. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The position follows a rotational shift system, with 6 working days per week, and offers PF, ESI, canteen, and attendance bonus as part of the benefits.
