The Bachelor of Architecture in Interior Design is referred to as B.Arch Interior Design Course. In India, the B.Arch. or (Bachelor of Architecture) in Interior Design course is an undergraduate programme that lasts five years and is divided into ten semesters of six months each. This B. Arch Interior Design programme includes both practical instruction and academic understanding. After graduating the B.Arch. (Interior Design) course, a student becomes a "Interior Designer Architect" or can practise as a "Interior Designer Architect."
B. Arch Interior Design Eligibility is for students who have passed their 10+2 in Science stream from any government recognised board/ institute or equivalent with courses such as math, physics, and chemistry and received a minimum of 50% in aggregate.
To meet the B. Arch Interior Design Eligibility criteria, candidates from the restricted categories, i.e. SC/ST/OBC, must pass their intermediate with an aggregate of 45 percent.
After completing class 10th, those who have earned a related or comparable recognised diploma are also eligible to apply.
Some colleges/universities hold their own entrance examinations for admittance to their programmes, while others enrol students based on their academic merit.
Students are chosen based on their results in a suitable entrance exam, which is followed by a round of Personal Interviews.
