Translation and/or linguistic experience
Strong written and spoken comprehension skills in English
Fluent speaker of the needed language (Dogri, Chhattisgarhi, Umbundu, Bodo (Boro), Kashmiri, Manipuri, Santali, Ingush, Chechen)
