Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The role involves handling correspondence, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks. The Admin Executive will also be responsible for overseeing facility management, assisting in HR-related activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and documentation.
Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.

Experience: 0 to 3 years
Qualification: BBA, MBA
Salary: Above 14k per month
