You can measure the value of executive coaching in different ways. It is tough to spot the effect in short term; however, the long-term can give us a more precise picture.
Here the value is both subjective and objective. It can either be judged by a hard date or evaluated by the atmosphere, attitude, and achievement.

Well, the result is the bottom line. The amount of improvement any organization shows after three or five years. These results can be measured with data and statics. Usually, the results are better with after the coaching session. One of the basic ways of measuring the vale is by looking at the bottom-line results and return on investment.
