5 lakh and above: 40%
You get 45,000 refund additional with commission on making the total revenue of Rs 1,80,000.
EXAMPLE: Let’s say you make 10 sales in a month out of 300 leads you work on.
Each sale is worth Rs 40,000.
TOTAL REVENUE: 40,000 x 10 = 4,00,000/-
YOUR COMMISSION: 37% of 4,00,000 = Rs 148,000
This becomes your gross earning.
