How do I start the UPSC after 12th

The UPSC preparation process can be started after the 12th grade, giving one plenty of time to complete all the practises that other candidates might not have been able to. But in order to do so, you must also be highly productive and knowledgeable about specific tactics that you believe will be quite effective for you.
Like when i decided to start preparation for UPSC after 12th, I first read the entire syllabus and familiarised myself with the books and resources needed for the entire preparation.
