Description
In a mission to speed up the shift toward electric vehicles, the Delhi Government launched the ‘Switch Delhi’ Campaign. It is an attempt to make Delhi the EV capital of India as well as battle the environmental risks in the city. The objective behind this initiative is to encourage the citizens of Delhi to switch from conventional vehicles to electric vehicles.
Tata Power-DDL has impaneled 12 Vendors to facilitate the installation of slow and moderate chargers. The public authority has fixed an objective of 25 percent vehicles among complete vehicle enrolments in Delhi by 2024.
