For the first time, Honda has introduced a CVT transmission with the diesel City car. The new City will be available with two BSVI-compliant engines: a 119bhp, 1.5L i-VTEC petrol engine and a 99bhp, 1.5L i-DTEC diesel engine. A six-speed manual transmission will be standard, with an automatic CVT transmission available as an option. Honda has adopted a CVT transmission for the first time with the diesel City sedan.
