This specialized course offered online addresses holistic strategies for sports recovery for physiotherapists, sport therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals to have an alignment of strategies to improve recovery and athletic performance. The course discusses nutrition basics, hydration strategies, sleep optimization, myofascial release, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and mental techniques for recovery. Participants will not only learn to incorporate these into recovery practices after training and competitions, but to reduce the effects of DOMS, optimize recovery of the nervous system, and prepare for the next training and/or competition performance.
