Job Description: We Are Hiring HR Manager For Our Well Established Hospital.

Responsibilities-
Responsible To Handle The Statutory Compliance, Labor Laws, And IR/ ER Related Issues For The Employees. Responsible To Liaison With Government Agencies. •
Responsible To Handle The Entire Leave & Attendance, Payroll, Incentives, Reimbursements By Ensuring Correct And Timely Payout On A Monthly/ Periodic Eligibility Basis.
Responsible To Work On Organization Design And Restructuring And Preparation Of The Org Structures For All The Functions On A Period Basis And Collaboration With Functional Leads For The Regular Updates.
Responsible To Lead The JCI/ NABH Accreditations, Becoming Lead For The HR Operations To Handle The Entire Audit Process With ZERO Defects
Qualification- Any Graduate With MBA-HR With Min 5- 8 Yrs Progressive Experience In HR Ops
