High Temperature PCB

In PCB a rule says, if the operating temperature is approximately 25°C below the glass transition temperature then the PCB material is under a gradually increasing thermal load. This means, if the operating temperature is anticipated to rise to 130°C then the board must be manufactured of a high T g material. the fabric for High Temperature PCB must be chosen with Flame Resistance, Chemical Resistance, Low Smoke, and Ash Formation. Some new Heat-Management Technologies includes-These PCBs that employ heavy copper circuits to spice up their current-carrying capacity while lowering I2R losses. If heavy (or extreme) copper isn’t required everywhere, heavy copper circuits and standard copper circuits could also be combined to permit power currents and signal currents to be carried on one board.
