Taking fenbendazole in the amount of 30-50 mg/kg is tolerable, safe and well tolerated for many months. Combined with curcumin and CBD it significantly increases chemo and radio-sensitivities and decreases resistance. Fenben may slow cancer growth; we call this phenomenon "paradoxical slowing". The clinical significance of tumor marker fluctuation or paradoxical slowing remains unclear.
Fenben does not completely prevent tumorigenesis (on the contrary, it partially helps), but it can significantly prolong survival time. Fenbendazole is able to prevent cancer relapse.
Fenben may be an effective chemoprotective agent for individuals with hereditary predisposition to cancer or precancerous conditions, e.g., mutated genes ERCC1, BRCA2 or ATM. It should also be considered as an adjuvant therapy for certain forms of pediatric tumors (i.e., medulloblastoma). The treatment regimen could vary depending on the type of tumor and its stage at the moment of diagnosis.
The fenben regimen described here can be used as a first-line or second-line approach to slow down tumor growth in combination with any other available therapeutic modalities (e.g., radiotherapy, chemotherapy).
