To get a full refund, the passenger must cancel the reservation within 24 hours of booking. Cancellation must be requested at least seven days before the scheduled departure date.
You will get a full refund with non-refundable tickets when canceling tickets within the risk-free period. EgyptAir's 24-hour cancellation policy applies to both refundable and non-refundable tickets. In some regions, non-refundable tickets do not qualify for a full refund, so it is recommended that you interact with local officials for accurate information on ticket types.
In accordance with EgyptAir's flight cancellation policy, the cancellation request is made outside of the risk-free period. You will be required to pay cancellation fees depending on the rate types, booking method, reason for cancellation, and other cancellation circumstances.
EgyptAir's 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to tickets booked within six days prior to scheduled departure.
