Donation offer of 695000 Euro

My name is LACHAUX NICOLE ODETTE, of German origin and residing in France. In short, I am giving my assets to an honest and needy person. I suffer from a serious illness that puts me in certain death, it is throat cancer, and I have an amount of 695,000 euros that I would like to give to a reliable and honest person so that they can make good use of it.
