I wanted a Dell adapter to charge my laptop s new battery. The old one was by HP and no longer compatible with the new hardware piece. It was tough getting the exact wattage in the adapter. Basically, I kept connecting the dots till I traced the product listed on a B2C Customer Data Platform (CDP); now my laptop is working fine.
