So as I mentioned, I usually do an energy reset when I notice that my energy is lacking for me. And then I will go to crystal shops near me. After I'm done cleaning my space, I really like to seal in that fresh energy with some energetic tools. so what I like to use for my tools this can be palo santo. this can be my sound bowl, you can use sage incense whatever it is that you like to cleanse with. cleanse your space with some smoke

it's pretty obvious I can tell when my energy is in a low vibrational state for me, that really shows up as feeling sad, anxious, depressed, feeling hopeless kind of like a loss in appetite, not really loving my appearance, and feeling supercritical, and I just don't feel good in my physical body, getting the blues is definitely a normal thing that happens to all of us, but when you notice that you're really holding on to your emotions and you feel this negative state of mind for consecutive days, that's really the biggest sign that your energy is in need of a reset or of a cleanse.
