Key Skills:
Field Machinery & Electromechanical Troubleshooting: Excellent practical skills in troubleshooting industrial machinery, gearboxes, electrical control panels, PLCs, VFDs, hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and sensor networks.
Customer Handling & Field Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities to de-escalate tense breakdown situations, communicate technical diagnosis properly, and engage professionally with client managers.
Technical drawing and schematic literacy is the capacity to read and comprehend control logic flowcharts, hydraulic diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical assembly drawings.
Site Engineering & Calibration: Practical knowledge of calibration gauges, alignment devices, precision measuring tools, and diagnostic software tools.

Experience: 3 to 7 yrs

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
