Focus Skills:
Advanced practical skills in reading electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics, tracing wiring problems, diagnosing mechanical power transmission assembly and troubleshooting motor drives are all part of electro-mechanical and technical diagnostics.
Industrial Automation & Controller Literacy: The ability to examine, backup, and troubleshoot sensor networks, HMI touchscreens, and PLC controllers.
Customer Handling & Field Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to properly explain technical issues to client plant management and remain composed in high-stress breakdown situations.
Proficiency with multi-meters, insulation testers, dial indicators, torque wrenches, alignment tools, and specialised field diagnostic equipment are examples of field safety and tooling expertise.
