Responsibilities:
To conduct Preventive Maintenance as per plan and schedule
To enhance CNC machine up time/ Reduce down time
To improve OEE of each machine
To ensure timely resolution of all Breakdown machineries.
To Ensure sufficient spares of various machines.
To Ensure timely receipt of all spares
To carry out AMC with various OE for machine spares & maintenance
To liaison with AMC Agencies for proper work
To plan service/complaint related to all AMC Agencies
To carry out don time analysis
Identifying training needs of employees working under him & initiate action.
To plan and initiate training of employees working under him
To maintain maintenance related work system.
To submit DRM/ WRM/ MRM report to the director on his overall performance
To do any another work assign by the authority
Required Skill
CNC machine operation
CNC machine related maintenance knowledge
