In Kolkata, the regional office is called the "CDSCO, East Zone" which covers the states of West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, and the Union Territory of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

In Mumbai, the regional office is called the "CDSCO, West Zone" which covers the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and the Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

In Ahmedabad, there is a sub-zonal office which is called the "CDSCO, Gujarat Sub-Zonal Office" and it is a part of the "CDSCO, West Zone" and covers the state of Gujarat.

In Chennai, the regional office is called the "CDSCO, South Zone" which covers the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Puducherry, and the Union Territory of Lakshadweep.
