Though the interview is mainly technically based, what also matters is your personality, your observational skills, and how well you are able to connect with the interviewers while answering the questions being asked to you. You are given a brief review of the problems you may face and how to tackle them. Certain PSUs also take the trainees around the country to their various locations to make the candidates familiar with the PSUs and the place so that they can work with better understanding and dedication when the training is complete. The best part of this time is an introduction to all the perks and privileges that the PSU will provide you apart from the regular salary and also about the amount of work you will have at hand.

While most perks provided by all the PSUs are the same, for some it may vary depending on your location and nature of work. Some necessary perks provided to PSU employees are Medical Facility for you and your dependable, Petrol prices which varies based on the current market price, newspaper price, furniture allowance, clothing allowance, gadget allowance, good housing facility, and many more.
