STC is a Manufacturer and Exporter of Carbide Hob Cutters which can be used in a shell or shank design to cut gears with or without coolant. We have installed dedicated machines for Solid Carbide Hobs in Class “AAA” accuracy and with modules ranging from 0.15 modules to 3 modules. Solid Carbide material gives good production as well as cutting high Rockwell hardness components. These hobs are made to cut Small micro pitches.
