Description
Cancellation of Udyam Registration is a process of revoking the existing registration of an MSME. A business may choose to cancel its registration if it ceases its operations or no longer qualifies as an MSME. The cancellation process can be done online through the Udyam Registration portal using the Udyog Aadhaar Number (UAN) or the PAN card of the business owner. Upon cancellation, the MSME will no longer be eligible for the benefits and incentives provided by the government for MSMEs.
