1. Have knowledge of Up-work, Fiver, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc
2. Should be comfortable in client interaction
3. Requirement gathering and authoring BRD into SRS.
4. Proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, communication links -Candidate should know to write proposals.
5. Good if he/she has an educational background.
6. Must be from a technical background.
