Description
There has been a 15% increase in the allocation of budget for Intellectual Property Rights Ecosystem including the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM) and the Copyright Office. The total budget allocated is Rs. 328.981 crore as per the revised budget documents. The enhanced budget has been allocated for invigorating IPR Policy Management and infrastructure development in CGPDTM.
