Surrogacy is a procedure which helps infertility problem couples to start a family when they couldn’t conceive a baby on their own due to various factors such as medical conditions and a recurrent miscarriage. There is an agreement signed between a couple and a woman who will be a part of the surrogacy procedure, termed as ‘surrogate mother’ who will rent a womb to carry and deliver the baby for the intended parent.
