Silicone moulds allow you to create chocolate pieces that are shaped like anything your heart desires. From animals and food to geometric shapes and even letters, you can get creative with your chocolate by using silicone moulds.
A silica gel-coated silicon mould will not melt in the chocolate like other types of moulds might. This means you can make more detailed and intricate pieces and not worry about them melting away while they set.
