Ejectors and Jet Pumps employ the stress electricity of a high-stress fluid stream to boost the pressure and/or waft of a low-pressure source. They can function with incompressible or compressible fluids because the primary (driving) and secondary (driven) flows.
The primary fluid is passed through a nozzle in which the pressure energy is converted into kinetic electricity.The excessive pace jet entrains the secondary fluid. The streams blend in the mixing tube, leading to pressure recovery.Additional static pressure is collected in a narrow angle diffuser downstream of the mixing tube.
