Description
BDS Course is an undergraduate program in the dentistry field. Candidates who have completed 10+2 exams with passing marks are eligible to pursue the BDS course. The duration of the BDS course is 4-5 years (divided into 10 semesters) including a one-year mandatory internship. During the course, students learn about dentures, dental problems, and surgery. BDS is a job-oriented course that gives many avenues of employment in the hospital, pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturing industries for fresh BDS graduates. This course is pursued either as a regular graduate course or a part-time graduate course through correspondence and distance learning programs.
