Aluminum Gravity Die Casting

Gravity Die Casting is a permanent mold casting process. When a molten metal is poured into the mold, the mold cavity is filled with gravity. This process is capable enough to produce a better surface finish and better mechanical properties as it enables quick solidification. Although metal molds are a little expensive, it involves low gas absorbency and fine particle sizes.

The aluminum gravity die casting process is applied for various applications and the finest method helps to achieve great results as compared to sand casting and high-pressure die casting. The produced castings are durable and it requires inferior investment costs.
