Naik, the Founder Secretary of Acworth Leprosy Hospital Society for Research, Rehabilitation, and Education in Leprosy (ALH-RRE Society) located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Established with the aim to throw light on leprosy and the stigma and discrimination attached to it.
