7 tips for senior citizens to stay healthy
• Boost immunity with regular exercise. 20-30 minutes a day of low-impact exercises would be enough.
• Choose healthy foods. Include a lot of fruits, vegetables and lean meat in your diet.

• Get an adequate amount of sleep. 7-9 hours of night sleep per day would help boost concentration.
• Learn to avoid infections. Wash your hands frequently and get yourself vaccinated.
• Take supplements if necessary. Get the advice of your doctor.
