Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various departments, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Role Highlights:

Manage recruitment for technical and non-technical roles

Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates

Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs

Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers

Support onboarding and documentation process

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment

Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures

Qualification: MBA HR preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment

Shift: Day Shift
Salary: 20k to 25k per month (Based on experience) with PF and ESI
